We're a small roastery, not a data company. Here's the whole picture:

What we collect

When you place an order, our payment processor (Stripe) collects the information needed to fulfill it: your name, email, shipping address, and payment details. Payment details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your card number. When you contact us, we receive whatever you send us (name, email, message).

What we do with it

Fulfill your order, respond to your message, and, only if you've asked, send you updates. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone except the services required to run the shop: Stripe for payments, our shipping carrier for delivery, our email service for order notifications and replies, and our hosting provider for serving the site.

What we don't do

No advertising trackers, no third-party ad pixels, no selling data. Site analytics are limited to aggregate, privacy-respecting hosting metrics (page views, not individual profiles).
