We're a small roastery, not a data company. Here's the whole picture:

What we collect

When you place an order, our payment processor (Stripe) collects the information needed to fulfill it: your name, email, shipping address, and payment details. Payment details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your card number. When you contact us, we receive whatever you send us (name, email, message).

What we do with it

Fulfill your order, respond to your message, and, only if you've asked, send you updates. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone except the services required to run the shop: our payment processor, our email provider, our hosting provider, and our shipping carrier. Each receives only what it needs to do its part — the payment processor handles card details, the email provider carries your message or order details to us, and the shipping carrier gets the address on the parcel.

Two smaller things, for completeness. Your cart is kept in your own browser's local storage so it survives a page reload; it never leaves your device until you check out. And when you send us a message we briefly note the connecting IP address to stop the form being used for spam.

What we don't do

No advertising trackers, no third-party ad pixels, no selling data, andno analytics of any kind — we don't measure page views or visits at all.
