About This Coffee

This coffee comes from the Dogo Sodu washing station in Bule Hora, Guji Zone, Oromia, run by Morkata Shonora. Smallholder farms between 1,950 and 2,350 meters deliver cherry from local landrace cultivars — 74110, 74158, 74112, Badessa, Wolichu, and Kudhume.

The station sorts by hand, ferments 48 to 72 hours, washes the coffee in fresh water channels, and dries it for about two weeks on raised beds.

This is the one light roast in our lineup, and it earns the slot: jasmine, honey, lemon, with the delicate structure only a washed Guji delivers.
